2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bn89. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. bn89 will never ask for your full password via any communication channel. • You must complete KYC verification using a valid government-issued National ID before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• bn89 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks at any time, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, without prior notice.
• Account sharing or transferring access to a third party is prohibited. Any winnings generated via a shared or transferred account may be voided without notice.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bn89 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, but bn89 reserves the right to request source-of-funds verification for large deposits.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Each method is subject to its own transaction limits imposed by the respective payment provider.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bn89 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• The bn89 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit and applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion.

• All bets placed on bn89 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed after confirmation except where the platform has made a manifest error.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game session, bn89 will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. If resolution is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.

• Registering more than one account, using another person's identity to register, or using another person's payment method to fund an account.

7. Responsible Gaming

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including network outages, acts of God, or government action) may result in temporary service unavailability. bn89 will not be held liable for losses incurred during any such period of unavailability.

9. Amendments to These Terms

bn89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
